Acceptable use

You may only send email to recipients who have consented to hear from you. Purchased lists, spam and deceptive content are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Sending limits are defined by your plan.

Availability

We work hard to keep Shotbees available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
